Roughly six months after leaving Side, Steve Capezza has landed at Anywhere Real Estate.
Capezza will serve as Anywhere’s senior vice president of growth and M&A. He will report directly to Sue Yannaccone, the president and CEO of Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors, according to an announcement on Monday.
The founder of Warburg Realty Frederick Warburg Peters is joining Brown Harris Stevens. The New York-based firm announced Peters’ move on Thursday.
Peters founded Warburg Realty in 1991 before selling it to Coldwell Banker in 2021.
More executive changes are happening at Keller Williams. Shortly after a large investment from Stone Point Capital and the appointment of Chris Czarnecki as CEO, Keller Williams has brought on Tim Dieffenbacher as its new chief financial officer.
Keller Williams continues to add agents to its roster. On Thursday, the firm announced that Northwest Arkansas-based Curtis Realty Group, which was brokered by Homequest Real Estate, was making the move over to Keller Williams Market Pro Realty.
David Rands, chief financial officer at housing nonprofit Enterprise Community Partners, is taking on an expanded role as the organization’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer. The move was effective May 1.
The move comes as Enterprise combines its finance and operations functions following the recent departure of former COO Drew Warshaw.

On Thursday, the firm announced the appointment of Alex Seavall to chief financial and operations officer, along with the appointment of Candace Adams as executive vice president of HomeServices of America, the role vacated by Kelly.
Mark McArdle, who left the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) in February, will lead regulatory and public policy efforts at Newrez, the multichannel mortgage lender owned by Rithm Capital.
